The consultation
It starts with a free in-home consultation. We walk your space, listen to how you actually live in it, and talk through what you want to achieve and the budget you have in mind. No pressure, no obligation — just a real conversation about what's possible.

Design & specification
Next, we design the system and build a detailed spec sheet — every component, every speaker, every cable, mapped to your room and your goals. This is where experience matters: the right design now is what makes everything work flawlessly later.

Review & approval
We sit down with you and walk through the design together. Want to adjust something, swap a component, or rework the budget? This is the time. We refine it until it's exactly right — and nothing moves forward until you approve it.

Ordering
With your approval, we order all the components. Everything's sourced, organized, and ready before we ever set foot on site for the install.

Pre-construction walkthrough
A day or two before installation, we do a pre-construction walkthrough — confirming placements, routes, and every detail on-site so install day runs without a hitch. It's the step that separates a clean install from a chaotic one.

Installation
Then we install. Cleanly, carefully, and with the cable management and finish we're known for. When we're done, the technology works beautifully and disappears into your home — exactly as it should.
